Ultraplus signal with prime

If you're experiencing a "chirping" or squeaking sound when watching prime please contact me for fix. Known to affect Ultraplus 700 or 720 satellite decoders.

This only occurs when watching Prime through the UltraPlus decoders, of which we have two, does not occur with the DishTV decoders (two also) If you change channel from Prime to another channel then change back, goes away for a while and then returns.All are fed from one dish with a 4 way splitter. Hi Nathan
I have done more research on this and have found a firmware upgrade that is supposed to fix the problem, but the IRD file available is earlier than the one installed originally. The "upgrade" file is IRD.UltraPlus.720HDMIPVR.v1.18.76.ird and the firmware already onboard is IRD.UltraPlus.720HDMIPVR.v1.19.65.ird so I have not actioned this. I thought that the file information may be of assistance.
